Finds commercial prospects, sizes each roof in kWp from satellite data, recovers a contact email from the business website, Companies House and MX records, then pushes qualified leads into the sales CRM with nurture sequences behind it. Live on a production server through several releases. A list-import pilot produced 13 qualified leads at $0.24 each. Also built their WordPress solar calculator with satellite roof imagery and a solar-potential heatmap.

A Shopify admin server that lets AI agents edit a live store safely: dry-run by default, single-use confirm tokens, an append-only changelog with revert, automatic redirects on handle changes. Grew from 18 to 26+ tools. Alongside it, a prospector that ingested 491,049 UK companies and classified them by trade, scoring 52/52 on held-out checks.

Rewrote 128 thin product descriptions, fixed structured data and Google Shopping identifiers, published how-to articles chosen from Search Console data and built five town landing pages. Weekly clicks went from 19 to 29 up to 53 to 56 in a month and SEO health score from 45 to 69.

A real-time multiplayer strategy game I built and host myself. The server steps the world ten times a second, validates every command and streams updates over WebSockets, with autosaves and season resets. About 14,600 lines and around 100 tests.

Built the WooCommerce store and a custom theme of about 3,500 lines, wired it into eBay and took it past £100k turnover in its first year. Traced 55,600 unindexed pages to an add-to-cart crawl trap and fixed it with robots rules, AJAX add-to-cart and a noindex header.
