Live on a production server. Also built their website solar calculator with satellite roof imagery and a solar-potential heatmap.

Trade building supplies merchantPhotograph a handwritten order or a pile of stock and get a matched online basket with a real checkout link. Hardened against prompt injection, with rate limiting and bot protection.

Trade building supplies merchantA Shopify admin server that lets AI agents edit a live store safely. Every change is previewed, confirmed with a single-use token, logged and reversible. Alongside it, a prospector that classified UK companies by trade to build a sales list.

Trade building supplies merchantRewrote 128 thin product descriptions, fixed the structured data, published how-to articles from Search Console data and built five town landing pages. Weekly search clicks roughly doubled in a month.
Prospect finder
Searches local businesses, checks Companies House for new firms and scores each one on its website: none, dead link or slow. It can mock up a prospect's new site from their own branding. It's how I find businesses I can help.

Software for UK pallet resellers. Analyses a pallet before you bid, scans items, writes listings with AI and pushes them to eBay, Shopify, WooCommerce, TikTok Shop and Vinted. Sold on monthly plans.

A dashboard for petrol station operators: live tank dips and ullage, daily margins from Platts and pole prices, competitor prices and delivery reconciliation across sites. Built on 13 years of running forecourt IT.

In buildEmberfall
A real-time multiplayer strategy game I built and host on my own server. The server checks every move, autosaves and resets each season, and runs as a locked-down Linux service.

Bargain Bill
Built the WooCommerce store and its custom theme, wired it into eBay and took it past £100k turnover in its first year. Ran it as director to 2026, including tracking down 55,600 unindexed pages to a crawl trap and fixing it.
